Luke Tarrant joins our Group as a full Member having recently obtained his Test Pass Certificate.
Luke is pictured here with his Observer, Chris Longdon. Luke will be making the most of his Fellows Membership by enjoying a re-test every 3 years to keep his skills up to date.
