Their mission is simple: to create meaningful\, supportive connections and ensure no biker ever feels alone. \nDuring the session\, the Mental Health Motorbike team will: \n\nShare insight into the mental health challenges faced by riders and the wider biking community\nDiscuss the charity’s vital support work and community initiatives\nPromote the importance of mental wellbeing for motorcyclists of all ages and backgrounds\nExplain how they train Mental Health First Aiders nationwide and encourage new volunteers\nProvide free resources\, guidance\, and ways attendees can get involved\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to learn\, ask questions\, gain useful mental health knowledge\, and support an organisation doing vital work for riders across the UK. \nEveryone is welcome — whether you’re a member\, a biker\, or simply interested in mental wellbeing. \n\n“Mental Health Motorbike is a free face to face and online mental health first aid support charity for the biker community throughout the UK. We exist to create meaningful and purposeful opportunities\, for all bikers\, so that together we grow the wellbeing of the biker community.
