  1. Many thanks indeed to Andy Vest and Gordon Constable for today’s ride to Derby Children’s Hospital and Carsington Water. Great roads and a great pace. Well done both.

  2. A great start to the 2016 group riding season! My thanks to Gordon for leading a super ride to the military museum, and then on in to Derbyshire with our friends from IAM Nottinghamshire group. Very well done Gordon and thanks to everyone who turned out on a cold, crisp morning. Not even the snow put you off!

  3. Thank you to everyone who supported our final two events of 2015, our award winning year! The Toy Run and Club Night were the highest attended events of the year, rounding this fantastic year off in style. We have lots planned for 2016. Stayed tuned for further updates. Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas and a peaceful New Year.

  4. Thanks to Andy Vest for a great ride to our final chippy of the year. 10 bikes enjoyed a twilight ride along some great roads. Very well done, Andy.

  5. Ten bikes turned up for the ride out on Sunday to EVO triangle – Matt Nivan organised and led the run with Tony Barton as Back Marker.
First stop was Pondaros then on to Evo triangle which has sweeping a&b roads, back to the Pondaros then topped off with tea and cake.
All rode well; Matt & Tony did an excellent job of keeping us all together (with the help of Bluetooth!)
The consistent pace gave everybody a good ride. Very professionally led – thanks Matt

  6. The ride out to Foxton locks was a good ride led by Keith Jackson. The Locks were worth seeing.
15 bikes – all rode well. Was a great day well done Keith!

  7. Thanks to Gordon yet again for another wonderful chips run. This time out, 16 people turned out for a ride through lower peak to Leek, including friends from Nottingham group.

  8. Fantastic time in Whitby good run up M6 then a great ride over the moors to Hawes where there was time to refuel our bellies (much to Sarahs delight). Then on to Thirsk where we met up with some local IAM members (pre arranged by Gordon) who took us over some superb back roads en route to Whitby. I have taken the time to detail this information in appreciation of the effort & planning put into the organising of this weekend by Gordon Constable. To top the Saturday off we finished off with a good fish supper & very cheap beer. Cheers Gordon

    1. Thanks for this Andy. I’m really pleased you all had a great weekend. Very well done Gordon et al.

    2. I was getting ready to start chomping on the padding in my helmet and could almost heard my stomach rumbling over the combined noise of all our exhausts! Great weekend 🙂

  9. Thanks must go to Gordon Constable for a fabulous weekend. We had a great ride “up North” on Saturday morning followed by a ride over the Yorkshire Moors which was followed by a rather tasty lunch stop! More twisty roads leading us on and over to Whitby. I think we all thoroughly enjoyed the evening and over night stay before another fantastic ride home. So looking forward to the next one we can attend!! The day was rounded off with good news from one of my Associates who Passed his test on Sunday after his Examiner had a last minute test cancellation.

    Top marks Gordon.

    1. Glad you had a great trip. Well done Gordon.
